TLT-Connection and TLT-Building sold to VINCI Energies

Kotka & co. acted as the sell-side advisor in the sale of TLT-Connection and TLT-Building to VINCI Energies.

The closing of the transaction was subject to approval by the Finnish competition authority and the Finnish Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.

VINCI Energies is part of the French conglomerate VINCI Group. VINCI operates across almost 120 different countries and employs in all around 220,000 employees. The Finnish operations are conducted under the OMEXOM brand. OMEXOM services in Finland include services for the energy technology sector, construction and maintenance.

TLT-Building Oy is a major operator in the Finnish power line network design and construction market and TLT-Connection Oy has since 2010 established its position in the Finnish distribution and telecommunication networks industry.

After the transaction, the Finnish operations of VINCI will have a turnover of around 120 MEUR and employ 480 people.
