Lännen Tekstiilihuolto Oy won public procurement proceeding in the Supreme Administrative Court

Kotka & co. advised Lännen Tekstiilihuolto Oy in litigation relating to a public procurement proceeding. Our client’s counterparty had demanded the Market Court to dismiss the decision of a contracting entity where our client was chosen as the producer of certain laundry services. The case was heard by the Market Court and by the Supreme Administrative Court. 

The Supreme Administrative Court ruled in favor of Lännen Tekstiilihuolto Oy. Unlike the Market Court, the Supreme Administrative Court found that the contracting entity had not contravened public procurement regulations.
