LL.M Oskar Björndahl has joined Kotka & co. as of 1 November 2012. Oskar Björndahl has considerable professional experience in transactions and company law. Björndahl has trained on the bench at the District Court of Pohjanmaa. He has previously worked as a associate lawyer at Hannes Snellman Attorneys, where he advised on, among other things, transactions as well as company-, trading-, and contract law.
