Verneri’s area of expertise covers both bankruptcy and debt restructuring as well as various assignments connected with dispute resolution such as real estate and housing transaction disputes. Verneri also assists clients in assignments connected with data protection and criminal issues.
Before joining Kotka & co he worked in Raumaster Oy. He works in Finnish and English.
