Terveystalo to acquire Ankkurin Lastensuojelupalvelut

Kotka & co. acted as advisor to Terveystalo in its acquisition of the child welfare service provider Ankkurin Lastensuojelupalvelut.

The target to be acquired is set up of five different companies, operating seven child welfare units throughout the Helsinki region as well as the middle parts of Finland. The target companies have around 90 employees and a yearly turnover of approximately 7.2 MEUR.
