Ville has extensive experience in business law in general and he advises clients especially on contractual, insolvency and environmental matters. Ville acts regularly as the administrator in bankruptcy estates and in corporate reorganisations as well as advisor to the creditors in insolvency proceedings. Ville is an active member of various company boards and is a member of the Directors’ Institute of Finland (Hallitusammattilaiset ry).
Ville advises clients in Finnish and English. Prior to working for Kotka & co. he worked at Castrén & Snellman Attorneys in Helsinki.
Juha’s main responsibility is solving disputes in and out of courts, especially concerning Real Estate transactions, employment matters and tort claims.
