Hollming Succesfull in Arbitration

Kotka & co. represented a company in the Hollming Group in an arbitration procedure, in which a major Finnish listed company claimed approx. EUR 10 million from our client. The arbitral award was very favorable for our client, as all claims were dismissed and the plaintiff was ordered to pay our client’s legal fees. Kotka & co. team consisted of Ville Kotka and Oskar Björndahl.
