Brand ID to acquire majority shareholding in Fenix Sign

Kotka & co. acted as advisor to Brand ID, in its acquisition of the majority of the shares in Fenix Sign Oy.

Fenix Sign, which operates within the branding business, with customers that operate grocery stores and other retail stores as well as a wide range of other businesses, employs 56 co-workers and its turnaround in 2020 was approximately 10 MEUR.

Brand ID Group is a Pori-based family company that provides industrial branding solutions, retail space and corporate visual identity concepts and display and packaging products. It’s turnaround in 2020 was approximately 15 MEUR and it employed 96 co-workers.
