Kotka & co. acted as advisor to RMC

Kotka & co. acted as a financial and legal advisor to Rauma Marine Constructions Oy in a transaction whereas i.a. Taaleritehdas, Finnish Industry Investment and Finda invested 19 million euros to RMC to enable its growth.

Founded in 2004, RMC is a completely Finnish-owned shipbuilding company. Further information about the company is available on the company’s website www.rmcfinland.fi. As a result of the transaction, the company’s equity increases to some 25 million euros, which enables the company to carry out extensive shipbuilding projects.

Kotka & co. is an advisor that carries out projects both locally in western Finland as well as nationally and internationally. In addition to legal advisory, Kotka & co. acts as a financial advicor i.a. in mergers and acquisitions and assisting companies to raise financing.
