Osuuskunta Satamaito won the dispute concerning Plussa Maito in the Market Court

Kotka & co. Assisted Osuuskunta Satamaito in the Market Court with the dispute regarding Plussa Maito, where the counterparty was Valio Oy.

Valio Oy demanded that Market Court should prohibit Osuuskunta Satamaito to use the word ”Plussa” in their special milk product’s part of the name.

According to Valio Oy, Osuuskunta Satamaito strived unjustly to take advantage of Valio Oy’s good reputation.

The Market Court dismissed Valio Oy’s claims unanimously.
