Oskar specializes in Mergers and Acquisitions as well as general contract and corporate law and also disputes concerning tort, Real Estate and commercial matters, both in courts and in arbitral tribunals. Furthermore, Oskar advises clients on intellectual property matters.
Oskar advises clients in Finnish, English and Swedish.
Before joining Kotka & co.’s team, he worked as a lawyer at Hannes Snellman Attorneys in Helsinki. Oskar has also experience with court work, as he has trained-on-the-bench at the District Court of Pohjanmaa.
Ville advises clients on contractual, insolvency and environmental matters and administers bankruptcies and corporate reorganisations.
