Pori Offshore Constructions sold to Enersense

Kotka & co. acted as the sell-side advisor in the sale of Pori Offshore Constructions Ltd to Enersense Works Ltd, a subsidiary of Enersense International Plc. The sellers consisted of the senior management team of Pori Offshore Construction Ltd.

In connection with the transaction, Pori Offshore Constructions Ltd executed a sale and leaseback arrangement concerning its land area and buildings in Mäntyluoto in Pori. Through the arrangement, it sold the land area and buildings to Suisto Kiinteistöt Ltd, a company owned by the municipality of Pori, and entered into a five-year lease concerning these.
