Rudus sold its Foundation Piles business

Kotka & co. acted as advisor to Rudus in the divestment of its Foundation Piles business to HTM Yhtiöt Oy.

The yearly turnover of said business is approximately EUR 10 Million and it comprises production facilities in Turku and Nummela, employing in total 20 employees.
