Terveystalo acquisitions in Naantali, Tuuri and Vimpeli

Kotka & co. acted as Terveystalo’s legal advisor in connection to four acquisitions during the winter and spring.

Among these transactions Terveystalo acquired:

– all the shares in Naantalin Yksityislääkärit Ltd., which operates a private medical center in Naantali (transaction closed in February) and

– all the shares in Lääkäriasema Ilo (Juha Uusimäki Ltd.), which operates private medical centers in Tuuri and Vimpeli  (transaction closed in March).
