Terveystalo acquisitions in Porvoo, Hämeenlinna and Turenki

Kotka & co. acted as Terveystalo’s legal advisor in connection to four acquisitions during the winter and spring.

Among these transactions Terveystalo acquired:

– a clinic in Porvoo, specialized in the care of musculoskeletal disorders, as a business purchase from City Akuutti Ltd. (transaction closed in November) and

– two dental centers in Hämeenlinna and Turenki, as a business purchase from Hammas Jaarli Ltd. (transaction closed in January).
