The divestment of Medical Centre Eloni to Diacor

Kotka & co. acted as the sell side legal and financial advisor in the transaction whereas Turku -based Medical Centre Eloni was sold to Diacor. Eloni employed more than 150 people during its two years existence. After the transaction Eloni is now Diacor Turku.
