Kotka & co. acted as advisor to Volito Automation in its acquisition of ProTest Engineering Oy and PTE tekniikka Oy.

Volito Automation start, acquire, and develop companies within industrial automation. The group is organized in two business segments, MRO and OEM. The MRO segment focus on continuous service, maintenance, repair and optimization while the OEM segment offers product- and technology development and construction and assembly of hydraulic solutions and electrification.
