Volito Automation expands through acquisition in Finland

Kotka & co. acted as advisor to Volito Automation in its acquisition of Paineteho Oy.

Volito Automation start, acquire, and develop companies within industrial automation. The group is organized in two business segments, MRO, and OEM. The MRO segment focus on continuous service, maintenance, repair and optimization while the OEM segment offers product- and technology development and construction and assembly of hydraulic solutions and electrification.

Paineteho Oy is a full-service company in hydraulics and pneumatics, with around 25 employees and a yearly turnover of approximately 5 MEUR. The company has a strong offering within system and design, service, and repair. The customer base is well diversified and contains both smaller and larger firms in segments such as paper and pulp-, mining- and construction industry.
