Kotka & co. acted as Terveystalo’s legal advisor in connection with an acquisition by Terveystalo of all the shares in a Tampere-based physiotherapy clinic Fysiatrinen Osaamiskeskus Prima Oy.

Terveystalo is the largest healthcare service company in Finland. Terveystalo offers versatile healthcare, occupational healthcare, medical and examination services in approx. 180 clinics around Finland. Terveystalo’s customers include private individuals, companies and communities, insurance companies and the public sector. Nearly 9,000 healthcare professionals work at Terveystalo.

Fysiatrinen osaamiskeskus Prima Oy is a private provider of physiotherapy services. The company employs 10 physiotherapists, 3 physiatrists and 1 psychologist. In 2017, the company’s revenue was approximately EUR 1.3 million.
